Service Learning Program

Roncalli High Schools service learning program is built around our Service Hours requirements for students. Students are required to serve the community towards a portion of their grade. This serves as an opportunity for students to grow in their discipleship. Any service hours completed must be submitted to Mr. Striby on a service card within 10 days of completion. Service cards can be found in all of the religious studies classrooms. For any questions about your student’s service hour requirements, Please contact Gerard Striby, Or Jeff Traylor.

School Service

Roncalli works with many organizations to help provide service to the community. Please access the school service calendar here (insert link) to find service opportunities. If you are interested in adding an event to our service calendar please contact Gerard Striby, Our service learning coordinator at

Roncalli is also blessed to be able to participate in and provide community wide service projects. These projects, under the direction of our Vice President of Mission and Ministry, Bob Tully, bring our school and community together in the focus of serving those in need. Mr. Tully’s direction helps us to answer Jesus’ call to  “feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked, take care of the ill, visit the imprisoned” (Matthew 25).
